hmmmm. certain events yesterday, or rather a particular event yesterday has affected the 2515 household in a unique way. i swear my house is a movie script waiting to happen. here goes. mr. spencer caught a garden variety snake yesterday with the hopes of selling him to a pet store. "jake," as he has been dubbed was not worth much to the pet store so mr. spencer and another of my unnamed roommates borrowed an aquarium from an acquaintance. do you see where this story might be leading? after arranging and perfecting "jake's" habitat, the snake was placed in his new home and set on display downstairs on the end table. upon inspection this morning of "jake," mr. spencer informed mr. colley that "jake" had escaped during the night. what? so now we have a foot long snake somewhere in our home. how great is that? the interesting part is that i am strangely comfortable with it. i mean, seriously, what are you supposed to do? you are not going to hunt the thing down, we only had him for a day, so he doesn't answer to his name yet......(pause to let that sink in)......so i guess you just live with it.......however freaky it is. anyway, just thought i would share one of the many daily events in the life known as 2515.

p.s. we are currently devising pranks with which to pay back mr. spencer for this entertaining turn of events. any of your thoughts are welcome, creativity is much prized, but keep it on the "DL."
