well, i've been much more busy in the last few weeks than i usually am. it's good in a way, i suppose it's good in a lot of ways. i realize how out of shape i really am. i don't get enough sleep and i don't eat right so i get tired quickly which i do not like. i've never been the most active person i know, but i've come to realize how sedentary my life really has become of late. i used to spend the majority of my time in a leisurely(sp?) way, but have of late found myself running around all the time. sitting in front of the tv or computer has lessened and other things have increased. this is a good thing i think, but it wears me out. i need that down time mayne. oh well, all for the good i suppose.
we took a break from the norm tonight and played putt-putt down the street. it was fun despite the humidity and sweat rolling off my brow. adam, kim, molly, eric, seth and i had a good time and then decided to watch nanny mcphee back at the house. it was a nice change of pace. a nice change. good job kimberly.
as i meet and get to know more and more people here, i find less and less time for myself. that makes me kind of cranky and i don't how much i like that. we'll have to see about changing that i think. a remedy of sorts.
in other news, i bought a new truck on wednesday. that still feels weird to say. i bought a new truck. i don't feel old enough to be buying things like that, but i suppose i am since they'll sell me them, the banks i mean. it's ridiculous, i don't deserve it and feel fortunate to be in a position which allows me to drive it. really fortunate. and i hope i stay fortunate for awhile, but all will be as it supposed to be i suppose. whatever may come, will come.
enough for now. seth is watching the corpse bride in the other room and i don't want to miss the underworld cabaret dance scenes. they go hard.
